As we are a controller, we ensure that your Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and your rights as a data subject are protected. Your Data is always treated as confidential and you can be safe in the knowledge that we will not disclose such information to a third party for marketing purposes. All Data will be securely logged and kept on our Cloud servers and can be requested by you for review at any time. We do not have any automated processes and we will only keep Data for the purpose of supply of service to you and for good business practice and administration.

The Data you give us may include but not limited to your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and/or any other information necessary to process your requests. This information is retained on our operations database for the lifetime of your contract and for 3 years after it has ended.  All Data will be destroyed or put beyond use once the respective times have expired.

With regards to each of your visits to our website, we may automatically collect the following Data: technical information including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform. We will only take information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); services or products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page. This Data is pseudonymised and only used for website analytics.

We do not give or sell your Data to anyone. We may use third parties to complete your work. Should we do so, we will only do so with companies we have written contracts with, so we can ensure that the people processing the Data are subject to a duty of confidence and they take appropriate measures to ensure the security of processing.
